The City of Whittlesea Annual Art Award has been presented to Jacquelyn Haverson for her remarkable piece titled 'A city intersected'. This thought-provoking artwork beautifully captures the essence of urban life.
Other artists who have received recognition include Jillian Evans Bromley for her artwork 'Entanglement', which received a highly commended award. Iaki Vallejo's innovative use of materials in 'De la tierra vengo y a la tierra volvere (I come from the earth, and to the earth I shall return)' earned her the Award of Excellence.
Soo Chua's 'Portrait of Life' was also recognized for its creative expression, while the Youth Award was presented to the talented nine-year-old artist Renita for her artwork 'My Web Galaxy'.
